Definition of terms
Within this Privacy Policy, the following terms are understood as defined below.
Application : Mobile application called First sight app, allowing you to meet people in public places, available on the App store and the Google store.
Terms : All of the elements contained in the General Conditions of Use, in the Privacy Policy and in the Dating Safety Tips.

Account : personal space dedicated to the Member on the Application, which the Member accesses by registering and logging into the Application. It allows the Member to access the Services, manage the information available in their profile and update it.
First sight app inc : Corporation having its main address in the province of Quebec and registered with the Quebec enterprise registrar with identification 1180285984.
Member : person holding an account on the Application.
Services : all services, paid or not, offered and available through the use of the application which promote in-person meetings between Members who are simultaneously in the same public place.

1 Who is in charge of your data?

If you refuse to allow geolocation when the application is active, you will not be able to access features that rely on proximity-based geolocation for identified places on the map;
